how it works ↓
01How it works

Three steps to real laughs.

  1. Pick a game

Start a room, get 3+ players in, then pick Common Ground, Two Truths and a Lie, or Hot Takes for the next round.

  2. Everyone answers in private

Teammates write, guess, or vote without seeing the room’s picks first. No anchoring, no performative answers.

  3. Reveal and laugh

Flip the round together, see who read the room, and carry the best surprises into the meeting.

02Why RitualKit

Built for fast warm-ups.

  • Three games, one link

Common Ground, Two Truths and a Lie, Hot Takes — rotate weekly from the same room.

Common Ground · Two Truths and a Lie · Hot Takes

  • Anonymous until the reveal

Answers and votes stay private while everyone plays. Reveals show what the round needs, including Common Ground authors.

  • Guess-only scoring

Points come from reading your team — matching authors, spotting the lie, or predicting the split — never from your answers.

  • Free, no signup

No accounts, no participant limits, no paywall. Create a room and play.

03FAQ

Questions, answered.

Is this team building tool really free?

Yes. Every game, every round, every teammate — no paywall, no trial clock, no premium tier. Create a room and play.

Do we need accounts?

No. Share one link; teammates open it, type a name, and join. Nobody signs up for anything.

How many people?

Rooms start at 3 players. Common Ground and Two Truths and a Lie work best with 4+, and the tool does not set a participant cap.

Is it anonymous?

Answers and votes stay anonymous until the reveal. Common Ground then reveals who wrote each answer during play; that reveal is the game.

What games are included?

Common Ground, Two Truths and a Lie, and Hot Takes. The host picks each round from the same room.

How long does a room live?

Your room link keeps working — rooms don’t expire today. We may prune long-inactive rooms in the future, so finish the reveal while the team is together.
