Three steps to a planning estimate.
Create & share
Name the room, pick a deck, share one link. Teammates join from any browser — phones included.
Vote in private
Everyone picks a card face-down. No anchoring, no peeking, no loudest-voice-wins.
Reveal & decide
Flip together, see consensus or spread instantly, discuss the outliers, capture the estimate.
Built for real estimation.
Four deck series
Fibonacci, T-shirt sizes, Powers of 2, or a simple 1–10 — pick the scale that fits the room.
Fibonacci · T-shirt · Powers of 2 · 1–10
Consensus & spread detection
Every reveal shows agreement or the min–max spread — even on T-shirt decks, ranked by card position.
Backlog queue
Queue your user stories, track sprint progress, and keep captured estimates and notes as you go.
Free, no signup
No accounts, no participant limits, no paywall. Create a room and go — it works on phones.
Questions, answered.
Is this planning poker tool really free?
Yes. Every feature, every deck, every player — no paywall, no trial clock, no premium tier. Create a room and go.
Do my teammates need accounts?
No. You share one link; teammates open it in any browser — phones included — type a name, and vote. Nobody signs up for anything.
Which estimation decks are supported?
Four series: Fibonacci (0–21), T-shirt sizes (XS–XL), Powers of 2 (0–32), and a simple 1–10. You pick the deck when you create the room.
Can people see votes before the reveal?
No. Cards stay face-down until the host reveals, so nobody anchors on the loudest voice. Everyone flips at once.
Can I estimate a whole backlog in one session?
Yes. Paste your items into the backlog queue, walk them one by one with a progress bar, and capture the agreed estimate and a note on each.
How long does a room live?
Your room link keeps working — rooms don’t expire today. We may prune long-inactive rooms in the future, so capture your estimates when the session ends.
