Is it really anonymous?

Yes. Ratings are never linked to names — not even for the host. The heat map shows the team's spread, never who picked what.

What are the eight dimensions?

The Spotify squad-health check: Mission, Delivering value, Speed, Fun, Learning, Support, Teamwork, and Codebase health. Each gets a green, yellow, or red.

What happens after everyone rates?

The host reveals a heat map of every dimension. The discussion then works worst-first — the lowest-scoring, most-disagreed-on dimensions surface at the top.

How long does a check live?

Your check link keeps working — checks don't expire today. We may prune long-inactive checks in the future, so capture your heat map when the session ends.
